About Celeste
Celeste is the hair and beauty professional specializing in short haircuts, natural textured, curly, coily hair, fades, beard grooming, scalp treatment & massage, steamed towel facials, and skin care.
Celeste earned her Barber License from Paul Mitchell The School. She is one of three in Idaho who earned Dean’s list for 2024, curated by Winn Claybaugh Co-founder of Paul Mitchell Schools.
Celeste was selected for Barber of the Month in January 2024 by the director at Paul Mitchell Nampa.
Celeste was selected to represent Idaho at Beacon 2024 Professional Beauty Association (PBA) in Orlando Florida. Here, she received mentorship from Hair and Beauty professionals such as Geno Stampora (Educator, Speaker, Life Coach), Sam Villa (Sam Villa Hair, Redken Artistic Ambassador), John Mosley (Educator of the year 2022, Dandymen Creative Director), Antoinette Beenders (Aveda), Elizabeth Faye (TEDX Speaker, The Vitality Project), Jalia Pettis (3jayProductions, Creative Director).
Celeste was invited by PBA to attend North American Hairstyling Awards in Orlando, Florida in 2024.
She earned 2nd place in creating hair and style on a male model for the Paul Mitchell Spring Runway show in Nampa, Idaho.
Her customized focus on hair product gave her the nickname: Hair Czar. Education on hair product allows her to match her client’s specific needs with hair product cocktails. She takes pride in her work and that means details are everything. She’s meticulous and dedicated to excellence.
When the Hair Czar isn’t at the barbershop she’s in her woodshop, building furniture while her German Shepherd supervises. She delights in creating new flavours for kombucha that she ferments. Fashion, beauty and hair has always been part of her life; with a Cosmetologist as a mother, haircuts were always a comforting experience and Celeste intentionally nurtures this same approach for each client. Celeste offers Silent hair appointments because she understands the importance of each individual’s comfort zone and needs.
